It is located in a quiet area one km from the center of Matala, the room is small but welcoming and bright, it has a terrace always sunny and with a beautiful view, the room is very clean, the cleaning is done daily and after two days they completely changed our linen, every day the coffee and tea corner is rearranged and replenished, the managers are present but very discreet, excellent quality/price ratio, the only flaw is the bathroom which is really small and it is almost impossible to take a shower without flooding it

Secluded and calmer than the buzzy matala downtown vibes. Extremely friendly cleaning lady who took her time to chat with me. She was really adorable and lovely. She seemed to have great life experience and this is rare to find these days. Apartment clean and modern and warm water available at any time during the day and night.

The air conditioning and refrigerator could do with updating. We encountered several cockroaches in the evening, hiding behind the refrigerator. The bathroom is small and always floods after a shower. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained.

Nice spaces, clean and very close, even on foot, to the heart of Matala.

Very nice studio apartment located just steps from the center of Matala, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Simple room and fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a good morning coffee. Small and basic bathroom. My only small suggestion would be to add shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and remove the shower curtain, which, being small, sticks to your skin. Very pleasant welcome and super friendly staff. Thank you so much. Matala will forever remain in our hearts.
